Responsibilities
- Deliver products and packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure journey.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure it is clean and in good working condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, handling inquiries and delivery instructions with a smile.
- Accurately log delivery details into the handheld dispatch system.
- Maintain a high level of physical fitness to handle loading and unloading packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Capability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for navigation and route management.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
