Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial addresses in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service by adhering to a friendly and professional demeanor during every interaction.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring all items are handled with care and placed securely to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic signatures or proof of delivery when required.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery delays to the dispatch team immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to navigate efficiently using GPS and mapping applications.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for managing delivery apps and communicating with dispatch.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning or late-night shifts as needed.
