Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and food orders to residential and commercial locations across Miami-Dade County
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and update tracking systems in real-time
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide outstanding customer service during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize delivery routes and timelines
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and verify order accuracy
Qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience or relevant delivery background
- Ability to operate GPS devices and basic smartphone applications
- Strong time management skills with ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
