Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Greater Boston
- Maintain accurate delivery records using our proprietary mobile appProvide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure on-time performance
- Handle returns and exchanges per company protocols
- Communicate delivery exceptions proactively to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Boston area streets and neighborhoods
- Smartphone proficiency for app-based operations
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English fluency required
