Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles in various weather conditions and traffic situations.
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop.
- Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately, including signatures and proof of delivery.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of GPS navigation and smartphone technology.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as required.
- Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
