About the Role:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and timely delivery of parcels to our valued customers. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, making every interaction a chance to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures or proof of delivery.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Report any vehicle maintenance needs or delivery discrepancies to management immediately.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal vehicle (or access to a company vehicle) that is insured and in good working condition.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Proficiency with mobile technology and GPS navigation systems.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
