Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to meet delivery schedules and time windows.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring items are handled with care and are free from damage.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues on the spot.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure proper routing to optimize delivery efficiency.
- Complete daily logs, mileage reports, and delivery paperwork accurately.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For:
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or equivalent state driver’s license.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clear driving record with no major violations within the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of map reading and navigation software (smartphone usage is permitted).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
