Job Summary
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team. This role involves navigating the Atlanta area efficiently to deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport products to customers in a timely manner.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Deliver excellent customer service by handling packages with care and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Accurately log delivery information using handheld devices or apps.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude toward customers.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with smartphone navigation apps.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments.
