Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to designated locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures upon request
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective service
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations at warehouse and delivery sites
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance driving and customer service skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for GPS and delivery app usage
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to designated depot for shift start
