Responsibilities
- Execute safe and timely delivery of parcels to residential and commercial addresses in the Austin metro area.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor during interactions.
- Ensure all packages are loaded, secured, and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Utilize mobile applications to log deliveries, update status, and navigate routes efficiently.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and local regulations at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and smartphone apps is highly preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
