Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Chicagoland
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Inspect vehicles daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Provide exceptional customer service during all delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company routing protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading operations and inventory management
- Communicate delivery status and issues to dispatch team in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no major violations within 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving or delivery experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts
- Strong knowledge of Chicago metropolitan area geography
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery tracking apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
