Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in the Seattle metropolitan area.
- Ensure timely arrivals and maintain high accuracy in delivery orders and signatures.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including polite and professional interactions with the public.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery van, including loading and unloading cargo efficiently.
- Navigate complex city routes using GPS and mapping software.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety policies, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone apps for route tracking and navigation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
