Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Interact courteously with customers, handling packages with care and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, ensuring the truck and equipment are clean and in working order.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and mileage logs.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or road hazards to management immediately.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages from the delivery vehicle.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable personal vehicle for local runs (or willingness to use company vehicle).
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and digital delivery confirmations.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
