Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial addresses in the San Jose area.
- Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, on time, and with a professional demeanor.
- Inspect vehicles for any mechanical issues or damage before and after each shift.
- Manage digital logs and delivery paperwork efficiently using our mobile application.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license (Class C) is required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age (state law requirement).
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- A clean driving record is preferred.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
