Responsibilities
- Deliver packages in a safe and timely manner to residential and commercial addresses throughout San Jose.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies to ensure a secure delivery experience.
- Interact professionally with customers, handle packages with care, and maintain a professional appearance.
- Manage delivery paperwork and digital logs efficiently using company-approved technology.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Follow planned routes to optimize time and fuel efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliable smartphone with GPS capabilities and a data plan.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
