Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial addresses within the San Francisco area.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and obtaining signatures upon delivery.
- Collect payments via cash or card when required, ensuring accurate daily deposits.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, parking regulations, and company safety policies.
- Communicate any delays or issues with dispatch immediately to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must have a reliable smartphone with data connectivity and a suitable vehicle (sedan or cargo van).
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan efficient delivery routes.
- Basic computer literacy for navigating the delivery management app.
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are a plus.
