Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Familiarize yourself with delivery routes and ensure all stops are completed efficiently.
- Obtain signatures and proof of delivery for all items.
- Practice excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients and the public.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery incidents immediately to management.
- Handle package handling with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no DUIs in the last 3 years).
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable smartphone with internet access for navigation and order management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
