Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the designated route.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in excellent condition.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness and mechanical safety.
- Update delivery status in our proprietary tracking system in real-time.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately at the point of delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs within the last 3 years).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access to a reliable, insured, and registered vehicle suitable for cargo transport.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and app-based delivery management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
