Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport goods to customers in Sacramento and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper handling of merchandise.
- Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle delivery inquiries professionally.
- Follow strict delivery routes and time schedules to ensure on-time performance.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and work area at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Commercial Driver's License (or equivalent) required.
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing schedules.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic understanding of navigation systems and route planning.
