Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to residential and commercial locations accurately and on time.
- Verify the condition of merchandise before and after delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the delivery vehicle.
- Utilize company mobile applications to track routes and update delivery status in real-time.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve any issues that may arise during delivery.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C California Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable smartphone with a data plan for navigation and communication.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of the Sacramento area is a plus.
