Responsibilities
- Safely Deliver: Transport packages to residential and commercial locations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly, professional, and courteous service to every customer during every delivery.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Keep your assigned vehicle clean, organized, and mechanically sound.
- Route Management: Utilize our mobile app to navigate efficiently and track delivery status in real-time.
- Documentation: Accurately handle cash, checks, and signatures for COD deliveries and maintain delivery logs.
- Adherence to Safety: Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Vehicle: Access to a reliable vehicle (sedan, van, or box truck) with valid insurance and registration.
- Technology: Must have a smartphone with reliable internet access (4G/5G).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Raleigh, NC area is preferred.
