Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food packages to customers across Philadelphia using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and confirm order details with recipients
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries promptly
- Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times
- Inspect and maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and minor maintenance checks
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak hours to optimize delivery routes
- Use GPS technology for real-time navigation and delivery tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shift
- Strong knowledge of Philadelphia neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
