Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to residential and business addresses in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe operating condition.
- Accurately log delivery information and maintain a clean vehicle interior and exterior.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, ensuring proper handling and security.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Handle cash or digital payments for drop-offs when required.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliable transportation to and from the designated depot.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
