Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial addresses in Charlotte.
- Load and unload packages efficiently, ensuring inventory accuracy and handling fragile items with care.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain digital signatures upon successful drop-off.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Interact professionally with customers, resolving delivery issues and maintaining a positive brand image.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and fuel-efficient throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no recent DUIs or serious traffic violations).
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet strict delivery deadlines.
- Physical stamina to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for logging deliveries and using mobile apps.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
