Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely manner.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any delivery-related inquiries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is clean and in safe operating condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Accurately collect payments, if required, and manage delivery documentation.
- Uphold the company's brand image through professional appearance and conduct.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record (no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and mobile devices.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
