Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and documents to residential and commercial customers in the Oakland area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and digital paperwork using a smartphone application.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while navigating routes.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no major infractions).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions and diverse neighborhoods.
- Proficiency with smartphones for navigation and digital dispatching.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
