Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses in a timely manner.
- Obtain customer signatures upon delivery and verify shipment contents.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any delivery issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and loading area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License required (no CDL needed for this role).
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and change.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable access to a reliable vehicle (if applicable) or willingness to use company vehicle.
