Responsibilities
- Safely transport and deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses.
- Observe all traffic laws and practice defensive driving at all times.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, organized, and fueled at the start of every shift.
- Interact professionally and courteously with customers, resolving any issues on the spot.
- Use handheld technology to scan packages, log deliveries, and update status.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and timekeeping procedures.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency with handheld devices (tablet/smartphone) is a plus.
