Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and other goods to customers across all five boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure timely arrivals
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid New York State Driver's License (Class D or above)
- Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong navigation skills and familiarity with NYC neighborhoods
- Reliable smartphone with data plan for route tracking
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be 18+ years old with authorization to work in the US
