Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial locations using company vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and resolve inquiries professionally
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to maximize efficiency and meet tight deadlines
- Collaborate with dispatch team to coordinate pick-ups and delivery schedules
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience in a delivery or logistics role
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and navigate multi-level buildings
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis metropolitan area and surrounding regions
- Proficiency with mobile technology and route navigation apps
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check and drug screening mandatory
