Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial locations in San Jose and surrounding areas in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Interact positively with customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Utilize mobile applications to update delivery statuses and navigate efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading packages, ensuring items are handled with care.
- Report any vehicle issues or delivery discrepancies immediately to management.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle or willingness to use a company vehicle.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using navigation and delivery apps.
