Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify the contents of the package against the delivery receipt.
- Obtain electronic or digital signatures upon successful delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Practice safe driving habits to ensure passenger and cargo safety.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any delivery issues professionally.
- Follow the designated route and schedule efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable smartphone for accessing delivery apps and maps.
- Good knowledge of the San Diego area or willingness to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
