Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to residential and commercial destinations.
- Load and unload packages, ensuring they are handled with care and placed in the correct order.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain electronic or physical signatures from customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers regarding delivery updates.
- Collect payments or proof of delivery as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no major violations).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operation and road safety.
- Good physical stamina to lift packages (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable smartphone for navigation and communication.
