Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages and goods to designated residential and commercial addresses in the Philadelphia area.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and delivery protocols to ensure safety.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Utilize mobile technology to track deliveries and update status in real-time.
- Collect payments or process returns as required by the route.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation apps is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently in various weather conditions.
