Responsibilities
- Load and unload parcels from the delivery vehicle in a timely and organized manner.
- Follow designated delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any delivery issues.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Accurately handle cash or digital payments at the point of delivery.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery damages immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and customer communication.
- Reliable personal transportation to and from the depot.
- Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.
