Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport packages to residential and commercial customers along assigned routes.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving delivery issues on the spot.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, ensuring the vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
- Handle cash or digital payments accurately and process returns or exchanges as needed.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and time management schedules.
- Utilize handheld devices to track delivery status and update customer information.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License (Class E) with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to a company vehicle (we provide vans for full-time drivers).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
