Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses throughout Mesa and surrounding areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper operation of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Follow designated routes and adhere to strict time schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Interact professionally with customers, handle packages with care, and obtain signatures where required.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or delivery discrepancies immediately to management.
- Keep accurate records of delivery attempts and mileage for payroll purposes.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License: Must hold a valid Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Vehicle Access: Access to a reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided) or ability to utilize company vehicle.
- Technology: Proficiency with smartphones for navigation and digital paperwork.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred but not required.
- Attitude: Positive demeanor and strong customer service focus.
