Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Utilize our proprietary mobile application for navigation, scheduling, and customer communication.
- Inspect delivery vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Handle package handling with care to ensure items arrive undamaged.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies at all times.
- Submit accurate daily logs and mileage reports via the company portal.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable smartphone with data connectivity (Android or iOS).
- Strong sense of time management and punctuality.
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Basic English proficiency for reading maps and communicating with customers.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not always required).
