Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and documents to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
- Verify addresses and ensure all items are accounted for before leaving the depot.
- Interact professionally with customers, answering questions and resolving issues.
- Inspect vehicle condition daily, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and personal appearance.
- Follow all traffic laws, company safety protocols, and delivery routes efficiently.
- Log delivery attempts and returns accurately in the company's digital system.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License issued by the state of Texas.
- A clean driving record with no major violations within the last 3 years.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change if required.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for navigation and delivery updates.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- A valid Texas State ID or Social Security Card for I-9 verification.
