Responsibilities
- Safely Deliver: Transport packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Customer Interaction: Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service during every delivery.
- Vehicle Care: Perform routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
- Route Management: Navigate efficiently using GPS and map applications to optimize delivery times.
- Package Handling: Ensure all items are loaded securely and handled with care to prevent damage.
- Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs and receipts.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Class C Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no DUIs or major infractions).
- Age: At least 21 years old (required for commercial insurance purposes).
- Experience: No prior driving experience required! We provide on-the-job training.
- Vehicle: Reliable personal vehicle (or access to a company vehicle depending on role).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to use a smartphone.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends and holidays if necessary.
