Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the Atlanta metro area.
- Load and unload cargo using hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while interacting with customers.
- Utilize handheld devices for navigation, scanning packages, and logging delivery status.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks before routes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve delivery issues on the spot.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and change.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and terrains.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS and app usage.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
