Responsibilities
- Deliver packages and parcels to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Navigate efficiently using GPS and handheld devices to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain proper signatures upon completion.
- Inspect the delivery vehicle before and after each shift to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Interact with customers professionally, answering questions and resolving any delivery issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are handled with care.
Qualifications
- A valid U.S. Driver’s License (Class C) and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for reading maps and communicating with the public.
- Access to a reliable smartphone for navigation and reporting purposes.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and varying schedules.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
