Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading of packages using proper techniques
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
- Represent company brand professionally in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and updates
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- No previous delivery experience required - we train!
