Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations using company-provided vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and maximize fuel efficiency
- Verify delivery details, collect signatures, and update tracking systems in real-time
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform basic safety checks, and report maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions at delivery points
- Adhere to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers as needed
Qualifications
- No prior driving experience required - we train everyone!
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using our delivery app
- Reliable transportation to and from the Dallas depot
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be at least 18 years old with authorized work status
