Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages, food, and documents to residential and commercial locations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary mobile app
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service with friendly, professional interactions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating company vehicles
- Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and challenges
Qualifications
- No prior delivery or commercial driving experience required
- Valid U.S. driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and operate in various weather conditions
- Strong time management skills and punctuality
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery apps
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation to work location
