Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and goods to residential and commercial addresses across Los Angeles
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals and efficient fuel usage
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate company vehicle in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading packages at distribution centers
Qualifications
- No experience necessary – full training provided for all new hires
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to operate a smartphone for navigation and delivery apps
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned shift location
- Basic smartphone proficiency for using delivery tracking systems
