Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner.
- Ensure the interior and exterior of the delivery vehicle are kept clean and organized.
- Interact professionally and positively with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Plan efficient delivery routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and report any damage immediately.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Accurately complete delivery logs and handle billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- A valid Driver's License (Class C or higher).
- A clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for route tracking and communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse daily.
