Responsibilities
- Deliver Packages: Transport products to residential and commercial addresses in a safe and timely manner.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answering questions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
- Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload cargo, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid License: Possess a valid driver’s license (Class C) with a clean driving record.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to use handheld devices for navigation and logging.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
