Responsibilities
- Safely transport packages to residential and commercial locations throughout New York City.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained delivery vehicle at all times.
- Interact professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction and accurate drop-offs.
- Adhere to all local traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
- Handle package handling with extreme care to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
- Utilize mobile apps to update delivery status and communicate with dispatch in real-time.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo from the delivery van.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record (no DUIs or major violations).
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong time management skills and ability to navigate the NYC traffic efficiently.
- Proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
