Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages to residential and commercial addresses within the NYC metro area.
- Verify delivery addresses and ensure packages are handled with care.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
- Process payments and maintain accurate logs of deliveries.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and smartphone apps.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Reliable access to a personal vehicle or company vehicle.
